Our “No Questions Asked” Refund and Returns Policy lasts 30 days from Order Date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we no longer offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be returned:

  1. unused and in the same condition that you received it (that includes without price tags or any other markings)
  2. in the original packaging
  3. viable for resale

Several types of goods may be exempt from being returned:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance Items
  • Short-dated items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds will calculate any Cool Blue discounts applied.

Other Policies

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items may not be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@coolbluedistribution.com and send your item to:

In cases involving damage or an erroneous shipment, Cool Blue will provide a return label at our expense. In all other cases, Customer will be responsible for paying for its own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
