Hemp extract, also known as CBD oil, is harvested from an entire hemp plant—buds, seeds, leaves, and all. While many companies only use hemp seeds or leaves to extract pure CBD oil, products we carry like Charlotte’s Web premium hemp extracts contain oil derived from the entire hemp plant. Hemp seed oil, or hemp oil, is not the same as hemp extract or CBD oil. Hemp seed oil does not include CBD oil’s diverse plant compounds. The CBD community is making strides toward complete federal and state legalization of CBD. In December 2018, President Trump legalized hemp in all 50 states. The 2018 Farm Bill allows people to cultivate hemp and sell hemp-derived products across state lines.

If you want to return a product after 30 days from the time of purchase, Cool Blue Dist. reserves the right to deny items not approved for resale. For products we accept, there is a 15% restocking fee. We will process a refund in the form of store credit for the remaining amount. You can use it toward a future purchase.
