How to Apply:
- Peel off the clear sheet and press tattoo, adhesive side down, to clean, dry skin.
- Wet the backing paper with water and press firmly until the paper slides off.
- Smooth the edges and pat dry.
For best results, exfoliate skin and skip moisturizer before applying. For a matte appearance, apply loose or pressed powder over your tattoo.
